Our Commercial Division was established when Scott Stein the former CEO of Interior Contracting Corporation joined our company. Scott brought his 23 years of expertise along with a history of very satisfied clients and a team of top qualified field superintendents.
The Commercial Division acknowledges that the following four types of space require different focuses and we approach them all as their needs require.
Rental Property Construction
Tenant Direct: When a tenant is doing their own work, the priority is typically on lack of business interruption, cleanliness, and cost effective methods to achieve the workspace. We will always provide an achievable written schedule and communicate with you through completion of our small punch list.
Landlord Work: The cost of fit-up can typically make or break the lease transaction. Our team understands this and can assist in scope assessments to hold costs. We understand that the Building as a whole needs to be protected during construction and the other tenants need to be respected. Our in-house job site foreman / carpenters insure the landlords best interests are on the top of mind of all tradesmen.
Construction in Hospital and Medical Space
The plumbing and electrical needs of medical space are much more intense than standard office work. The “Guidelines for Construction in Hospital and Medical Space” require different means and methods and we are proficient in them.
Restaurant Construction and Remodeling
Interiors of restaurants should be approached in a similar manor as a residential renovation while the food prep and kitchen require commercial expertise with an emphasis on plumbing and HAVC. Nation-Wide has foremen with plumbing backgrounds which makes supervising “Kitchen” subcontractors SOP.
New Commercial Construction
Ground up projects require experience with site work, and structural construction. Once the shell is completed, our expertise with Office space, medical Space, and restaurants make all interior work a breeze.
